Room Rates Pand 17

Rates are per room per night and inclusive of VAT and service charges

There’s an additional city tax of € 3.00 per person per night

A cot is possible at the supplement of € 20 per night

On Saturday and public holidays there’s a minimum stay required of two nights

Check-in: 15h, Check-out: 11h

A delicious breakfast will be served in the downstairs breakfast room from 8h until 10h30

Pand 17 is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. There's no elevator.

You can park your car in our private parking (reservation required since spaces are limited), at the rate of € 25 per night, or in the public parking “Pandreitje” which is situated at the end of the street, 200 metres from Pand 17.

Tea and Coffee-making facilities are free of charge and are at your disposal in the breakfast room. 

Cancellation 4 days prior to arrival date; no cancellation fee.

Cancellation 3 days or less prior to arrival date; 100% cancellation fee on total booking.

Reservations made within 3 days prior to arrival date cannot be cancelled (100% cancellation fee on total booking). The same applies for reservations that are not taken up completely
